Why work with The Law Offices of Valerie Zaloom Buccino?

We take the time to ensure our clients understand every aspect of their planning and counsel them through the important decisions they need to make. One of the most frequent reasons given for not putting an Estate Plan in place, is that a decision or mutual agreement cannot be reached. We assist families in making those difficult decisions with the understanding that they can be changed if they don’t feel right. We know that making a less than ideal decision is better than not making a decision at all and that leaving your most important choices to others and to the Courts is not a good option.

We are committed to the protection of our clients and their assets, whether it is providing health care directives designed according to your specific wishes, detailed powers of attorney giving maximum or limited powers to assure that you can be taken care of as the need arises; drafting Wills and various necessary trusts to protect family from too much wealth too soon; or enabling their money to be distributed for a college education, down payment on their first home, or school for your grandchildren or by creating guardianships to allowing clients to take care of their loved ones when they are no longer able to care for themselves.

What if I am unable to come to your office?

We understand that it is not always possible for our clients to come to our offices and we provide in-home, nursing home, hospital and remote consultations.

What are your hours?

We are available during normal business hours, by cell phone after hours for urgent matters and available via email 24/7. We understand that many of our clients do not have the time to take a day from work to address their Estate Planning needs. To better serve our clients, and to ensure that everyone has access at convenient times, we have weekend and evening appointments available.

What if I have to make changes to my plan?

We firmly believe that Estate Planning is so much more that drafting documents that are placed in a drawer and forgotten about. At the Law Office of Valerie Zaloom Buccino, Esq.,LLC, we build lifelong relationships with our clients and work with them over time to examine their changing needs and goals and revise their plans to reflect those changes.
